Use these instructions when you are wiping data from a Nikon D5200 (DSLR) Digital Camera

 

  1. Remove SD Card from the port on the right hand side of the camera
  2. Insert SD Card into the respective port in the computer
  3. Go to “Computer” under the Files window and select Nikon D5200
  4. Right click on the DCIM folder and select “Delete”

  5. Select “Yes” to the pop up window that asks if you want to permanently delete the folder
  6. Safely eject the SD Card by right clicking on “Nikon D5200” and selecting “Eject”
  7. Discharge item
